Wisma Bahasa Visited DFAT Language Studies Unit in Australia

Wisma Bahasa and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) relations have been well established since 2003. Wisma Bahasa is chosen to deliver Indonesian language training to Australian diplomats who are going to be assigned in Indonesia.

To maintain these good relations, Wisma Bahasa assigned Mr. Danu Wibowo to visit the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Language Studies Unit (LSU) office in Canberra. The visit was also aimed to explain the progress of the preparation of the Wisma Bahasa Diplomat Program and convey Wisma Bahasa appeal and expectation related to DFAT classes.

During the visit, Mr. Danu Wibowo met Mr. Mark Pearson, the  Director of the Language Studies Unit, two LSU staffs, and Ms. Betsy as an Indonesian Language teacher in Canberra.

This meeting ran smoothly and produced several important agreements to improve the quality of training programs and student learning outcomes. We do hope this meeting can improve the cooperation and good relations between Wisma Bahasa and LSU DFAT
